Order Cancellations
Giordano Pakistan reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as damaged items, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Refunds & Exchanges
- No cash refunds are offered.
- To request an exchange, please email customercare@giordanopk.com during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays).
- Products purchased during promotions or discounts are not eligible for exchange.
- Clearance items/ Final reduction are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Product Information
- Due to variations in fabric properties, washing, or finishing, actual measurements may differ from the size chart by up to 1 inch.
- Display colors may vary slightly depending on your device’s screen settings.

IBFT / Bank Deposit Payment Exclusion
The IBFT/Bank Deposit payment option is available exclusively for purchases made through our official online store. This payment method is not applicable to, accepted at, or redeemable at any of our physical retail stores.
Giordano e-Gift Cards
- e-Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively on giordanopk.com for merchandise purchases.
- They are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the purchaser.
- Payment for e-Gift Cards must be made online; Cash on Delivery is not applicable.
- Physical (plastic) Gift Cards are not issued.
- e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
- The amount is valid for redemption within six (6) months of purchase.
