Exchange Policy

At Giordano Pakistan, we’re happy to assist you with exchanges for your purchases, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are accepted for unused items reported within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products are eligible for exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all original Giordano tags and packaging intact.
  • Rs. 300 will be charged for redispatch and Rs. 300 for size exchange.
  • Please keep in mind: Items purchased during promotions, discounts, final reductions, web exclusives, or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange. We appreciate your understanding!
  • All exchange requests are subject to management approval.
  • No cash refunds are offered.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

  • Personal items such as underwear, socks, and innerwear.
  • Items marked as “not refundable” or “not exchangeable.”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way.

Additional Guidelines

  • Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to differences in screen displays and lighting; items cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • In case of an exchange, customers are responsible for both return shipping and re-shipping costs.
  • All exchange requests must be accompanied by a valid invoice or order number. Requests without proof of purchase will not be accepted.
  • Customers must return the item to the provided address after approval from our team.

Eligibility

  • Only items purchased from official Giordano Pakistan retail stores or our online store (giordanopk.com) are eligible for exchange.
  • Products bought from Giordano International stores or other online platforms are not eligible for exchange, return, or claim at Giordano Pakistan locations.
  • IBFT / Bank Deposit Payment Exclusion

The IBFT/Bank Deposit payment option is available exclusively for purchases made through our official online store. This payment method is not applicable to, accepted at, or redeemable at any of our physical retail stores.

Giordano e-Gift Cards

  • e-Gift Cards can be redeemed exclusively at giordanopk.com for merchandise purchases.
  • Cards are delivered electronically to the provided email address and must be prepaid online. Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Physical gift cards are not issued.
  • e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable, and must be redeemed within six (6) months of purchase.
