Exchange Policy

 

  • GIORDANO Pakistan will gladly assist you in exchanging unused Merchandise reported within 14 days of receiving of products.
  • We will only exchange product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.
  • All items must be returned new, unused and with all Giordano and garment hang tags still attached.
  • No Exchange on products sold on Promotions/Discounts
  • All Exchange/Claims will be subject to the approval of management.
  • No cash refunds.
  • Giordano will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • In case of an exchange the customer will bear the re-shipping cost.
  • Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice/order number. Exchanges without an invoice will be denied.
  • Customers need to return the item to our provided address, please note the courier cost of returning the item and re shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • No Exchange/Return on clearance products.
  • Giordano e-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise in our online store at giordanopk.com. The purchaser is responsible for providing a deliverable e-mail address. Delivery of all e-Gift Cards will be electronic and has to be pre-paid by card. Please note Cash on Delivery is not applicable. A plastic Gift Card will not be sent.
    We do not offer cancellations or refunds on our gift cards. The amount is redeemable within 6 months.
